Weight Watchers is hard, BUT

So it's T-minus 4 months until my wedding day. And as any bride to be will tell you, there isn't much else on your mind other than wedding plans and looking great.

I have done Weight Watchers a couple of times. And every time I have followed the plan, I have lost weight. Now I have restarted it, as well as exercising after work at our gym on campus. I know I cannot expect Biggest Loser type results, but I know that if I can get down 30lbs, I could be happy with that. If I can lose more, great!

So here it is, in black and white:

Start weight: 222.3 lbs
This week's weight: 219.7

So yeah! I've lost some!

A big reason for any success I have had is a website called Skinnytaste.com. Gina puts out tasty real food recipes that are yummy and healthy. She even lists the points for Weight Watchers out there!
So I really have to thank her and her hard work for my success, and any future success.

I hope to finalize my meal plan for this week, so be on the look out!
